Day a Week Offices
Catering for businesses whose teams mainly work from home but value being together once (or twice) a week. These furnished offices are of different sizes and come complete with monitors and group video conferencing equipment and are suitable for between 2 and 12 people. They are bookable for 3, 6 or 12 month time periods where the same day each week is reserved. Other businesses will use the space on the other days of the week.
Prices start at £350+VAT/month for a 2-6 person office space or £780+VAT/month for upto 12 people. Please contact us to book a visit or find out more about these spaces
Hotdesking – half/full day rates
We have hotdesking facilities available on the first floor in a shared room with spaces available nearby for private calls. Screens and additional equipment are available at no extra cost, but are on a first come, first served basis. We do welcome walk-ins on the day but understandably we cannot guarantee a space or screen will be available.
The rates can either be paid by card/cash at the front desk or invoiced to you. We also offer you a fixed 10% discount in our café on the day of your booking.

Hotdesking spaces – block bookings
We have hotdesking facilities available on the first floor in a shared room with spaces available nearby for private calls. £95.00 – 1 week – 5 consecutive days to be used in one week (5% discount off standard rates – £19 per day)
£180.00 – 10 full days to be used within one month (10% discount off standard rates – £18 per day)
£320.00 – 1 month – Leave your stuff – Reserved desk (27% discount off standard rates – £14.50 per day) based on an average of 22 working days per month/260 per year

All small meeting rooms are equipped with wireless screen sharing, HDMI and VGA backup inputs.
