About Vicky

Vicky Harper is a Director of Operations and former shareholder who led the operational transformation and successful acquisition of a UK-based SaaS managed service provider. She fundamentally reshaped the business into a lean, high-margin, acquisition-ready organisation — and delivered a successful exit.

Before operations, Vicky spent nine years in television production — an environment where creative problem solving and delivery under pressure aren’t optional.

She now works as a Fractional Director of Operations and Consultant, helping business owners streamline, scale, and where the time is right, prepare for exit.
