Office Space
We offer flexible, unfurnished office spaces to let, ideal for teams of various sizes. Each space is supported by superfast internet and high-speed Wi-Fi, with 24/7 access and bookable meeting rooms to support your business needs. On-site amenities include the in-house café NIMBUS, catering services, a tenant kitchen, and showers. With free parking, electric car chargers, and easy-access facilities, our workspace is designed to deliver convenience, productivity, and comfort.

Hotdesking
Hot desking is available on the first floor in a shared workspace, with nearby areas set aside for private calls. Screens and additional equipment are provided at no extra cost, subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
Walk-ins are welcome, though we can’t guarantee that a desk or screen will be available on the day. Plus, enjoy a fixed 10% discount in our café during your booking.

Meeting & Event Spaces
FibreHub offers a range of fully equipped meeting rooms, event spaces, and an auditorium available to hire by the day or half-day, with catering provided by our on-site café, NIMBUS.
With seating for 8 to 100 guests, ample on-site parking, flexible catering options, and support from our experienced events team, FibreHub is the ideal venue to bring your community together.

Our opening times are 8am-5:30pm Monday-Friday (café closes at 4pm).
The NIMBUS Café is open to one and all, and the bookable spaces can be used by anyone subject to availability. Our permanent community are all businesses with connections to the tech, digital and software sectors. Contact us to find out more.
